  • Biggar Park

    South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture's Biggar Public Park provides a range of outdoor facilities, from 18 Hole golf course (Licenced Clubhouse) to a synthetic tennis court, and a lawn bowling rink to Children's play area.

  • Calderglen Country Park

    Calderglen Country Park is a South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture four-star tourist attraction which has a Children's Zoo, Tropical Glasshouse, Ornamental Gardens, Nature Trails and Walks, Courtyard Cafe,Toddlers' Play Area, Adventure Play Area and a 18 hole golf course.

  • Chatelherault Country Park

    South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture's Chatelherault Country Park is a five star visitor attraction under the Visit Scotland grading scheme. Located off the A72 at Ferniegair, and just a short distance from M74 Junction 7, the Park has 500 acres of countryside and woodland and over ten miles of routed pathways. It features an adventure play ground, picnic facilities and is home to a listed 18th century hunting lodge.

  • James Hamilton Heritage Park

    South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture's James Hamilton Heritage Park is a 4 Star Visit Scotland accredited activity centre. The park features a 16acre loch which provides beautiful and tranquil surroundings for our exciting range of water sports, from canoeing to windsurfing. The distance around the loch perimeter path is 1.2 kilometres (3/4 of a mile).

  • Lanark Loch

    Lanark Loch is an ideal fun day out for all the family, there are lots of activities to keep all the family entertained. Through the summer months you can enjoy the bumper boats and other small rides on offer. We also have a putting green and a small pitch and putt course.

    South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture offer tailor made programmes for groups from across central and southern Scotland either at our James Hamilton Heritage Park watersports centre or via our peripatetic service at the Outdoor Resource Base.
